Gear Lists
What’s in my pack?
If you love hiking gear, then finding the ideal set-up is a constantly evolving quest. None of my overnight trips ever occurs in the same exact list of items. I might be trying out a new pack, or tent, or different shoes. I could be hiking in a new climate. Or maybe I lost a piece of gear and just replaced it with a new item.
And while most of my treks are solo adventures, sometimes I have a partner too – which changes my packing list yet again. That’s why I publish a complete gear list at the conclusion of each hike, where I can give candid feedback about what items worked, what I’d change for next time, and why.
